Return

After receipt of your package you have 14 days to arrange a return. If you would like to exchange or return something, please contact our customer service who will send you the necessary documents.

Please note that a return can only be made for unworn, unwashed and faultless items. If an article is worn or damaged, Hans & Hans UG is not obliged to take back or exchange the goods. Please also pay attention to the label, which must be undamaged and attached to the product.

Exchange

You have 14 days after receipt of your package to arrange a return or to exchange an article. However, an exchange is only possible if the product you want is available in the right size and colour. Once we have received the item you have returned, we will exchange it and ship it to you. There are no further costs for you.

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact our customer service in advance by e-mail at service@maudmaxime.com and let us know your order number and the desired exchange item. You will find the order number in the order confirmation via e-mail or in your delivery note.

Refund of the purchase price

The refund of the purchase price is made in the same payment method as the purchase. Please note that up to 14 days may elapse between receipt of the return and the credit note to be issued. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as we have received your return and have carried out a reversal.
